Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Our unique approach focuses on the peak physical performance and longevity of each athlete. Combining our knowledge of the body's biomechanics, its capability to adapt, and necessity to establish mental fortitude, we have created a program to train the complete athlete. Each class contains BJJ instruction, breathwork, mobility and strength training.
Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Our BJJ kids program focuses on providing excellent instruction, providing ample of time for practice, and developing skills such as resilience, good sportsmanship, respect, and physical literacy. We aim to achieve the following:
1. Boost self-esteem
2. Improve motor skills
3. Enhance quality of life and physical well-being
4. Make sports inclusive for everyone

Looking to train on Sunday? Come join our open mat! Held Sunday’s at 3:00pm, our BJJ Open Mat is open to everyone.

Teen Summer Camp
Looking for something more meaningful than a typical summer camp? Our Teen Foundations Summer Series is two 4-week jiu-jitsu experience designed to help teens (ages 12–16) build confidence, learn real self-defense, and develop focus, resilience, and discipline—all while having a blast with like-minded peers. Whether your teen is a total beginner or looking for a fresh challenge, this program offers the perfect mix of physical training and personal growth. Sessions run Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 12–2PM. Space is limited and early registration includes bonus gear + access to our black belt seminar.
Foundations Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
If you've ever wanted to try Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu but didn’t know where to start, this is your invitation. The Foundations program at The MATS is designed for beginners—no experience needed, no pressure to perform—just structured, progressive training to help you build real skills from day one. You'll train in a safe, welcoming environment where every technique, concept, and round is designed to help you feel confident, capable, and comfortable on the mat. With classes on Wednesdays at 8:00 PM and Saturdays at 12:00 PM, this twice-weekly course will leave you wondering why you didn’t start sooner.
